After receiving a ridiculous quote somewhere else I had to look elsewhere. Luckily for me I came across Roland J. Bell. Jonny and Ed both came out to see my house at short notice and provided a fair quote. They even managed to start at short notice and finished quicker than I expected. I was very impressed with the quality of install and the how tidy they were. They were both easy to contact and kept me informed throughout of any changes. Our house is 37 years old with an old fashioned fuse box. It was necessary for an inspection to be done prior to having a new consumer unit installed. Jonny was personable and friendly, whilst being professional in his work. He explained everything he was doing and why. It was all very reassuring and put our minds at rest. We have no hesitation in having him carry out the installation of the consumer unit.

I had two lights re-wired and fitted to high ceilings. The lights were imported from Denmark so weren’t built to the same specification as uk ones. This meant that Jay had the tricky job of reconfiguring the lights to ensure they fit. At this point I was a little worried that it wasn’t possible to fit them but Jay explained how he would change the wiring and gave me a peace of mind when he confirmed that the job is doable. The job was done quickly and very well. Jay was very friendly and I would recommend highly.

Roland J Bell Ltd were absolutely fantastic.

We were building an extension but had major problems with water ingress and, because of this, the project came to a halt.

The building work became sporadic but Johnny and his team just came when work progressed sufficiently enough for them to continue. This was without any complaints.

The electrical work has been completed to a very high standard. Feedback on design and choice of products were also given which was very helpful.

Always punctual and cleanliness was paramount. Johnny was also readily available to answer any questions etc.

We contacted Roland J Bell to fit an EV charger. Jon came out shortly after our initial contact to quote for the work, gave us options for the type of charger we’d like and offered a professional opinion, based on our home and car. Jon came back to fit our charger. He was fast, efficient and polite. He was also a tidy worker and cleaned up the dust afterwards. 10/10 would recommend!

Roland J Bell were fantastic at delivering exactly what we agreed. We had our Shed supplied with electricity and they even installed a light free of charge in there which has been very useful. The wiring was done neatly so that it cannot be seen and everything works great. We also had two bedroom lights fitted and although the job was difficult due to the place we wanted them, Roland J Bell were able to sort it no problem. Would 100% use again.

Roland J Bell offer an exceptional service. Have used this company for several years via my employer and even on occasion for my personal projects. Competitive on price & good quality of work all round. The guys turn up when they are supposed to, do a good job and even clean up after themselves when finished. Would have no problem in recommending them. Recently had dealings with two of the Directors James & Jonny who were most helpful in making recommendations as I wasn’t completely sure on what I wanted.
