Roland J Bell were recommended to us by Vent Axia for servicing our unit. Once we had booked a service, Ed came and performed the service, explaining what he was doing (he reprogrammed the timing) all to a high standard. We had identified a faulty switch and asked the firm to provide a replacement. Ed returned a few days later with the part, but had to spend some time tracing a faulty cable, which he repaired. We have been delighted with the service we received.
